Zoning Map Amendment 2025-07: a zoning map amendment has been requested for the property denoted by Rockingham County Tax PIN 8932-00-52-5517 located at 1024 NC Highway 87, in the Williamsburg Township. The request is to rezone the property from Residential Agriculture (RA) and Residential Protected (RP) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC).

a. Special Use Permit 2025-08: Kristin Edwards (“A Priddy Pawsome Place”) has requested a special use permit to establish a new Kennel Facility on the parcel denoted by Rockingham County Tax PIN 7926-00-68-8239, located at 781 River Rd in the Mayo Township.
